SOUTH FLORIDA · DUCT & VENT SPECIALISTS

See what you've been breathing.

Humid climates grow things inside ductwork. We photograph the inside of your system before we start and again when we finish — so the result isn't a claim, it's a picture.

// WHAT WE CLEAN

What we clean.

Ductwork, vents and the equipment that moves air through your home or building.

Air Duct Cleaning

Supply and return runs cleaned under negative pressure with rotating brushes, so debris leaves the system instead of relocating inside it.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Lint packed in a dryer line is a genuine fire hazard and it lengthens every cycle. We clear the full run and verify airflow at the exterior hood.

Sanitising Treatment

EPA-registered antimicrobial fogged through cleaned ductwork to address what humidity has been growing in the dark.

Mould Remediation

Visible growth inside the system assessed, contained, and treated — with the moisture source identified rather than ignored.

Coil & Blower Cleaning

Evaporator coil and blower wheel cleaned, the two components that quietly destroy airflow and efficiency when loaded with dust.

Commercial Systems

Restaurants, offices and multi-unit buildings serviced on a schedule that doesn't shut the business down.

// PROOF

You keep both sets of photographs.

BEFORE

The inside of your actual system, photographed at the access points before any tool goes in.

AFTER

Same access points, same angles, same lighting — so the comparison is honest rather than flattering.

// WHY US

Proof, not promises.

Duct cleaning is the easiest trade in the world to fake — nobody can see inside their own system. So we photograph it. Before we touch anything, and again when we're done. You keep the photos.

“My dryer was taking 2 cycles to dry a load. After they cleaned the vent it's back to one. Should have done this years ago.”

// QUESTIONS

Straight answers.

How do I know the ducts were actually cleaned?
Because you get the photographs. We shoot the inside of the system at the access points before we start and again at the same points when we finish, and you keep both sets. It is the only honest answer in a trade nobody can see into.
How often should ducts be cleaned?
There is no universal interval. It depends on the system, the building, pets, renovation dust, humidity and whether there has been any water intrusion. We would rather inspect and tell you it can wait than sell you a cleaning on a calendar.
Is dryer vent cleaning really necessary?
Lint accumulation in a dryer line is a recognised fire hazard, and a restricted line also lengthens every drying cycle and shortens the life of the appliance. Long runs and runs with multiple bends accumulate faster.
What do you use to sanitise?
EPA-registered antimicrobial products applied at label rates through the cleaned system. Applying a treatment to dirty ductwork is theatre, so the cleaning always comes first.
Can you handle visible mould growth?
We assess it, contain the area and treat what is treatable, and just as importantly we look for the moisture source. Treating growth without finding out why it was wet means it comes back.
Do you service commercial buildings?
Yes, including restaurants, offices and multi-tenant properties, scheduled around your operating hours rather than through them.
